ONLY VALID FOR MULTI USER ACCOUNTS OF 6 MONTHS OR LONGER
Create a user account with access to both M3U Playlists and MAG or ENIGMA devices on the same account
1 - Create a regular M3U Line and DO NOT SELECT MAG / ENIGMA OR TYPE ANY MAC ADDRESS.
2 - Once the new account's created, ask us to associate a MAC address with the newly created M3U line by opening a reseller ticket with the following format:Username = MAC
Example:
johndoe@mail.com = XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
Where Username is the new M3U Line username and MAC the new mac address to be associated with this user.
By following the steps above, you'll be able to use an M3U Line and an STB device on the same account.

Note: STB stands for SET-TOP BOX, which can be a MAG, Enigma2, Octagon, etc. This devices normally use a Stalker Portal to access IPTV and are authenticated via MAC Address that needs to be authorized in advance by the IPTV provider .
